Starting Wednesday, April 1, construction will begin to add dedicated bike lanes along Church Street, from Linder Avenue to McCormick Boulevard, to improve safety for everyone on the road.

Project scope: Work will include sidewalk and curb replacement, signage installation, pavement markings and traffic signal modifications. The project is expected to run through July 20, with crews working weekdays from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Traffic impacts: During construction, expect temporary lane closures and shifting traffic patterns, with two-way traffic maintained. On-street parking may also be limited in active work zones, with advance notice posted.
